Val envisions therapy as a dynamic and collaborative engagement where individuals and couples can embark on a journey of uncovering productive perspectives on their unique narrative. Providing a nurturing atmosphere, she partners with clients to craft a personalized, goal-driven strategy aimed at unlocking their fullest potential.

Val aims to assist clients in better managing person and stress, anxiety, and depression. She provides support through life transitions, strives to improve communication patterns, strengthen relationships, and facilitate the processing of past trauma. As a skilled mediator, Val helps couples enhance communication, rebuild trust, eliminate barriers to intimacy, and navigate struggles related to infertility or infidelity. 

She is devoted to helping both adults and couples navigate obstacles in their personal, interpersonal, and professional lives, fostering happiness, fulfillment, healing, and growth. Authentic and empathic, she draws from her diverse experiences to form genuine connections and create a safe, therapeutic space. By integrating culturally sensitive and psychodynamic perspectives, she helps clients explore their identity with the aim of finding their authentic selves and cultivating a greater sense of self-worth.

Through evidence-based practices, such as, cognitive behavioral therapy, Val assists clients in identifying the critical thought patterns that often underlie negative feelings and self-destructive behavior. She educates and encourages them to develop coping skills and strategies for emotional regulation.
